Fang zhengtian is an associate professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Macau, honorary Adjunct Professor in the Department of Information Science at durban University of Technology, South Africa, visiting Professor at Xi 'an Polytechnic University, Visiting Professor at Zhuhai Chinese Academy of Sciences, and senior Visiting Scholar at Tsinghua University. He is a co-founder of the Data Analysis and Collaborative Computing Laboratory (DAC-Lab) at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Macau. Bing Shi, Professor, Hubei Chutian student, vice president of computer college. He graduated from the school of electronics and computer of the University of Southampton with a doctor's degree. He also engaged in postdoctoral research in the University of Southampton. Assoc. Prof. Chunjiang Duanmu , studied in the radio Department of Southeast University from 1992 to 1996 with a bachelor's degree, studied in the Institute of signal and information of Southeast University from 1996 to 1999 with a master's degree, studied in Concordia University from 2000 to 2005 with a doctor's degree, and has worked in Zhejiang Normal University since 2006 with an associate professor in 2007. As the project leader, he has presided over the natural fund project of Zhejiang Province, Qianjiang talent project of science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province, scientific research start project of returned students from the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China, supported project of Canada's micronet fund, and science and technology project of Quebec Province of Canada.
